Our Story

The Maplery Ice Cream is a family-owned ice cream shop founded in 2025 by Warren and Rebecca Boxler. Our love for ice cream started early in our relationship, thanks to hundreds of ice cream dates and a shared belief that a good scoop can make any day better.

The shop itself has a bit of a story, too. The building is primarily used for Warren’s maple syrup production—but he generously gave up a small corner so Rebecca could bring her ice cream dreams to life. It’s the perfect blend of maple and ice cream, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We created The Maplery to be a place where couples and families love to gather—a spot to slow down, connect, and enjoy ice cream as much as we do.

You’ll often find us at the shop along with our children, Aria and Crew. Aria pretty much runs the place (we just work here), while Crew can usually be found outside playing with his trucks in the stone pit play area. It’s all part of the relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere we hope everyone feels when they visit.

During the off-season of maple syrup production, we look forward to transforming the space into a cozy event venue for gatherings, celebrations, and weddings.
